Divine Intervention & The Little Prince — 11th Stage Poster Triennial, Sofia

The International Triennial of Stage Poster in Sofia is devoted to posters for the performing arts; its 2025 edition took the theme “Literature Is a Stage.” From eight posters I submitted, the jury chose two: Divine Intervention (594×420, digital print, 2024), my deconstruction of Pulp Fiction, and The Little Prince (594×420, digital print, 2025), the staging poster where two woolly sheep stand in for the prince.

Both treat a story as something to be performed — film and fable pulled onto the same stage. A triennial built specifically around theatre and literature was exactly the right room for them.
