A six-poster commercial campaign for a property sales agent — proof that a sales flyer doesn't have to look like one.
This is a set of commercial posters for a property sales agent, and rather than hiding the brief it leans all the way in: FOR SALE / იყიდება dominates every sheet, blown up until the type becomes the image. Across six variations the same content — the square-metres, the prices, a WhatsApp number, a QR code — gets reshuffled like a deck of cards.
Each poster takes a different palette and mood, the Georgian and Latin scripts stacked and interlocked, the QR squares treated as compositional blocks rather than afterthoughts, so the practical bits (scan me, call me) carry their weight visually.
Proof that a sales flyer doesn't have to look like one. The information is all there and legible; it just happens to be arranged by someone who finds layout more fun than apologetic.
