There Is No Planet B — Salón Internacional del Póster San Mateo 2024

Poster
On the climate case made to read instantly — "There is no planet B," a planet on a flaming barbecue grill, urgent enough to land as a thumbnail.
"There is no planet B" — climate action, made to read instantly. It argues through one blunt visual joke: a planet on a flaming barbecue grill, "SOS" and "ACCIÓN POR EL CLIMA" wrapped around the heat, the palette all orange, red and smoke, the type shoved and stacked to feel urgent rather than tidy.
A climate poster has to land even as a thumbnail in a gallery grid, and this one does.
It went to the Salón Internacional del Póster San Mateo in Bogotá, a research-driven show organised around the UN Sustainable Development Goals, shown among entries from Iraq, Mexico, Egypt and Romania all making the same plea in different visual accents.
